Lee Sang-soon expressed his longing for Jeju while introducing the canola fields near Sanbangsan.
On the March 20th broadcast of MBC FM4U’s Perfect Day with Lee Sang-soon, the segment “Places I Love” featured Lee Sang-soon sharing his favorite scenic spots.
“March in Jeju is covered in yellow canola flowers no matter where you go. If you’re looking for a great spot to see them, this is definitely worth a visit,” he said, introducing the canola fields near Sanbangsan, a well-known springtime attraction.
He added, “Some people visit here on purpose, but many just stop by while driving, drawn in by the scenery.”
“Sanbangsan is a massive granite mountain, and in front of it, the canola flowers stretch endlessly. The combination of the blue sky, the gray Sanbangsan, and the yellow canola flowers makes it a perfect place to take beautiful photos from any angle,” he explained.
Having moved to Seoul from Jeju, Lee Sang-soon shared, “It’s been about six months since I left Jeju for Seoul, but I still miss this kind of scenery.”
